Okay so I did 6 weeks of Kids Kamp and now this week MY kids are going to camp. I enrolled the kids in Camp for this week up at Norwood. The are doing crafts, tie dyed t shirts, golf, tennis and swimming every day. They are really loving it. So yesterday I did the gym after I dropped them off, teacher supply store, went to school to drop my stuff off, then to the watch shop to get mine and Dan's watches fixed, and back to Norwood by 1 to have a quiet kid free lunch with my husband .
But today, oh today was also a great day........ Dropped the kids off, went to my follow up apt for my sinuses (looking great by the way), Haircut, Chiropractor, pedicure, lunch and then picked up the kids. Wow it is amazing what you can get done when you are kid free!!!!
Tomorrow is golf and lunch with my niece Danielle (who by the way needs some adult time also, she has a 2 1/2 month old)
Sorry don't mean to rub it in but after 32 kids a week for 6 weeks.............. I AM ENJOYING IT!!!

We did it!!!
Well we made it through another summer of Kids Kamp and we loved it! Danny was really sad it was over. He already misses all his POKEMON friends. Man those kids love those cards and i just dont get it. But I am sure that my parents didnt understand my obsession with the garbage pal kids either. Now is our summer. We have lots planned. We plan to hit the magic house, movies, pool, kids are going to summer camp this week up at Norwood for 4 days and they are really looking forward to that. I am getting my toes done, going to the doctor without kids with me, gettting my hair cut and playing golf with my niece and sister-in-law this week ALL BY MY SELF!!!!!!!!!!! School starts in 21 days for the kids and 23 for me!!!

It was NOT a waste!
So I went for my follow up today, and Dr. J says that even though there was not a huge mass of junk anymore I have still managed to fix future problems. So now I am happy I did it and will be very happy this winter and in the spring when the problems really hit. The total recovery time is 12 weeks long so I will be ready for cold season!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 Days and counting!!!!!!!!!!
Well our Summer Kamp is coming to a close, Only 5 more days! What a cool summer again this year. Cheryl and I definitely learned A LOT. We know that 6 weeks is plenty long, even though a child is "potty trained" does not mean that we wont have MANY accidents, that when you host things like this in your home, YOU ARE ALWAYS WORKING, no matter how hard your worked in the 95 degree heat with a 10 degree heat index and your husband works in an office with out someone tugging on his shorts leg and asking "WHY" for everything you say, he STILL HAD A MUCH HARDER DAY THAN YOU. Oh yeah I forgot the "when is it time to........?" even though you just did that as a group 20 min ago and that child was not wanting to at the time. But enough about Cheryl and I's own kids at our kamp.......................... The rest was totally awesome! We had a GREAT group of kids again this year and plan to return next year but with a much SMALLER group. The kids and I have a lot to do in the next 3 weeks of the rest of our summer!!!! Keep checking back for the rest of our fun filled summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All for nothing!! Hope not!!
Okay, so many of you know that I was having surgery on my sinuses...................... Well that was Friday. So I have surgery and the doctor says that my sinuses were not as bad as they were when he did the CT Scan. So now my question for the doctor is did I do it for nothing????? I hope not! You know the feeling of the worse cold you have ever had? Well that is what my head feels like only they do not let you blow your nose! I have some swelling in my face (not a lot) but enough to make it uncomfortable! Well I will see Dr. J Hanson on Friday and have to ask him if it was still effective even though there was not much to clean out!!!!!!!!
Enjoy your week!
